Our townhome association, partnered with Build Rite to identify a scope of work for some deteriorating/rotting wood on our screened in porches and railed decking that are a critical aesthetic and functional component of our town home development. All units had substantial work to be completed. From start to finish, Build Rite quickly and efficiently responded to our need for an onsite review and quote. We entertained 2 other contractors and Build Rite’s knowledge and expertise exceeded our expectations.

Steve (owner) and Jose (Project Manager) were both very responsive and thorough to my request for a bid for a new construction home. They listened to my specific goals and budget and worked with me to make smart changes to my architect's plans to make sure we could complete the project on budget. He helped us manage the ups and downs associated with the pandemic and worked tirelessly to keep the project running smoothly. The "crew" was wonderful to work with and stepped in when needed, always with a positive and respectful attitude.
