Our townhome association, partnered with Build Rite to identify a scope of work for some deteriorating/rotting wood on our screened in porches and railed decking that are a critical aesthetic and functional component of our town home development. All units had substantial work to be completed. From start to finish, Build Rite quickly and efficiently responded to our need for an onsite review and quote. We entertained 2 other contractors and Build Rite’s knowledge and expertise exceeded our expectations.

We contracted with Steve and Build-rite at the beginning of the pandemic to build our retirement home. Through all of the cost fluctuations and labor shortages Steve was on top of it. He helped us manage the ups and downs associated with the pandemic and worked tirelessly to keep the project running smoothly. The BuildRite team did an exceptional job on our renovation. As we moved through the project, some aspects evolved and details changed both large and small.
